First-ever early career palliative care researcher forum annual seminar

 

A first-ever Early Career Researcher Forum Annual Seminar is to take place next month under the All Ireland Institute for Hospice and Palliative Care’s (AIIHPC) Palliative Care Research Network.

The seminar, presented by Dr. Suzanne Guerin, will be based on mixed methods of research with a particular focus on different types of evaluation within the Medical Research Council’s framework for evaluating complex interventions.

  • Event: Early Career Researcher Forum Annual Seminar, Adopting a mixed methods approach to evaluation in palliative and end of life care research, presented by Dr. Suzanne Guerin.
  • Time and Date: 2-5pm on Tuesday, November 24th
  • Location: Education and Research Centre, Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6w.

Dr. Suzanne Guerin is Interim Head of Research at AIIHPC. She is a senior lecturer in research design and analysis with the School of Psychology in UCD and was recently appointed Interim Head of Psychology.
